Golf Club Patents
When a company like Nickent goes out of business, what happens to the patents they hold???
Has another company purchased the patents???
The concept behind the ARC Blade is genius, and I was thinking that a company with a better strong-hold in the industry could have made a pile of cash with the club.

Suns vs. Spurs Game 1 2007 on NBATV
NBA's greatest games on right now. Spurs take 1-0 lead in second round series. Anyone who misses seeing Stevie wearing Bruce Bowen this is a game for you.

For anybody that has CBS College Sports...
Check out the Tulsa-Marshall game.
Hassan Whiteside and Jerome Jordan, two of the best center prospects that will likely be in this year's draft, are going up against each other.
This quasi-audition should give some idea on which player would better serve the Spurs system, which of course only if he's still on the board.

Shot of the Day
I'd like to hear what yours was....
On my last complete round, I played average (for me), mid-80s, but I had a memorable shot on a 189 yard par 3 into a swirling wind.
The group in front waved my group up and then proceeded to circle the pin, each guy standing about 8 feet away. I thought that that was weird, but because I rarely hit the green on this particular hole anyway, I didn't let them worry me too much. I took a 2 hybrid, let 'er rip, and stuck it right between them....
When it landed, I could see them all jump back a bit...

The Official D-League thread
To talk about call-ups, assignees, prospects and the upcoming playoffs.
Shaun Livingston est finito. Atlanta is doubling him and he can't dribble or pass his way out off the double. I'm talking about him because he played in the DLeague last season and there are at least 100 point guards in the D-League better than him.

Rocketsfans want Ginobili
http://bbs.clutchfans.net/showthread.php?t=183588
Assuming we resign Scola and Lowry, should we go after Manu Ginobili?
There are many factors that play into his decision to home to Houston:
1. Bad blood between the Spurs and him when they didn't offer him an extension because of his play in international ball.
2. Close to San Antonio
3. Playing with good friend and fellow countryman Luis Scola
4. Play for a championship contender

Over a week has gone by and the Spurs
are still in the 7th seed. As I mentioned earlier, the Mavs will likely be 2nd or 3rd....Spurs need to plan accordingly. Not sure what Pop is thinking but holding on to that 7th seed is gonna be mighty dangerous and not a good move at all. Two available options:
1. Tank and go for 8th seed
2. Go balls out and get 5th
Best to pick one of the above and make a move...standing pat like Pop appears to be doing is very ill-advised
